Index
1. Warning system for expiring Maintenance Event List items
We further enhanced our Maintenance Forecast tool in Dispatch and the Timeline.
With this release, if a remaining Maintenance Event List item is due to expire on a certain date, the system will display a YELLOW warning on the day of expiration, indicating that the item requires Maintenance attention by the end of that day.
If a flight arrives the following day, the system will display a RED warning. However, this warning will no longer appear for flights arriving on the expiration date itself.

This feature is available to all operators with an active FL3XX subscription.

5. Mobile updates
What's new:
iOS Crew app: multiple fuel expenses in Post Flight
Crew members can now log Departure Fuel and Arrival Fuel as two separate expenses in Post Flight, instead of a single combined fuel entry. Each expense pulls its quantity from the correct tech-log field, so the numbers always line up with what was actually uplifted at each end of the leg. This matches how fuel is uplifted operationally and removes the risk of one entry overwriting the other.
iOS Crew & Dispatch apps: Uplift and Required fuel improvements
Mobile now matches the corrected ReFuelEU calculations already live on the web app. The Local Uplift % on a leg is calculated using Required Fuel (Taxi + Trip Fuel only), giving crew an accurate compliance reading at Union Airports. The Fuel section also now shows a combined "Volume of Uplifted Fuel" figure that adds the leg's departure uplift to any uplift carried over from the previous leg at the same airport, with a note explaining where the extra volume comes from. Values follow the aircraft's configured unit (kg or lbs), and a manual override remains available if an adjustment is needed.
The FL3XX Mobile suite is available to all operators with a FL3XX subscription. Check out the following links for all updates available for our mobile apps:
