1. Default Check-In & Check-Out Times For Roster Duties
What's new:
You can now configure default check-in and check-out times for roster duties in FL3XX. These default reporting times for specific Roster Types allow you to:

Add standard briefing time before a duty.

Add standard debriefing time after a duty.
-
Automatically calculate total duty time.
-
Adjust reporting times when needed.
This is useful for travel duties, ground duties, or any roster item that needs to start earlier or finish later than the scheduled time.

2. New Data Provider For FBO & Catering Services
What's new:
FL3XX is updating its data provider for FBOs and catering services. We are transitioning from Universal Weather and Aviation to aviowiki.
🚧 The airport data will be updated gradually over the coming days.
Why the change?
We have decided to switch from Universal data to aviowiki data for 2 major reasons:-
Time to update data
The previous data update process often took several days or weeks from the moment an issue was identified to when it was reflected in FL3XX. With aviowiki, these data updates will occur within 24 hours of the data being reviewed on aviowiki’s side. -
Gaps in the data
We received multiple reports of missing FBOs and catering providers in the Universal data. With the use of aviowiki’s data API, these data gaps will be addressed, providing users with more complete FBO and catering data for airports and heliports around the world.
What about your data?
Nothing changes for the data entries you have customized. Your private entries remain untouched, and any entries originally sourced from Universal that you have adjusted, such as airport defaults, favorites, or FBO rankings, will remain intact. MyHandling data, notes, and other custom fields will also be preserved.
🔮 What’s coming next?
Soon, users with Administrator access rights will be able to submit contributions directly from the Airport page in FL3XX. These contributions can include anything from adding new public airports to updating opening hours, runway information, FBOs, or catering services at existing airports. All submissions will be forwarded directly to the aviowiki team, and once verified, updates will be applied in FL3XX.
We will also extend this data provider transition to transport and hotel data.

3. Option to Remove ATC Calculated Take-Off Time (ATC CTOT) Messages
What's new:
With this update, you now have the option to remove ATC CTOT messages from a specific flight if they are no longer necessary. However, this removal will be recorded in the Recap section of the flight.

4. FL3XX BRIGHT: Fees Dataset
What's new:
For all customers using our FL3XX Pricing Engine, we’re excited to announce a powerful new addition to FL3XX BRIGHT - the Fees Dataset.
For the first time, you can see the complete pricing breakdown of every booking fee directly in your analysis. Every booking calculated using the FL3XX Pricing Engine includes all fee types. For bookings not using the Pricing Engine, net, gross, tax, and discount fields are included. All figures are presented with quoted and sold amounts side by side, allowing you to instantly compare what was offered with what was close
The Fees Dataset is available exclusively to operators with a FL3XX BRIGHT subscription and an active FL3XX Pricing Engine. Only bookings from Pricing Engine-enabled operators are included. If this applies to you, the dataset is ready to use today - head to your BRIGHT analysis to start building reports on revenue, discounting patterns, and fee-level financial performance.
