1. Profile Status & Login Access Status

What's new:

FL3XX now separates a person’s Profile status (used for operational workflows) from their Login access status (controlled by email verification).

The email verification step is now a separate process and does not affect the account profile status anymore, meaning that the account profile status (Active / Inactive / Deleted) remains unchanged regardless of the email verification status. Once a user successfully confirms their email address, their profile login is enabled, granting them access to FL3XX. The Operations team can continue working on tasks such as crew record updates, crew scheduling, and passenger manifests for users with active profiles, regardless of their email verification status.

Also, user deactivation (loss of login access) no longer affects the person profile status. This means that also if a user has lost login access, the profile remains Active (green), allowing the person to continue being used for operational purposes (e.g., rostering and reporting). The user can log in again only after completing the email verification step or when an administrator manually verifies the login. Until then, the profile remains active with a pending email verification.

2. Floating Airports & Airport-Specific Check-in And Check-out Times

What's new:

This update introduces two major enhancements that improve operational flexibility while ensuring correct FTL and FDP compliance:

  1. Floating Airports (Second Home Bases): Crew members can now have multiple home bases for operational and FTL purposes.

  2. Airport-Specific Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in and check-out times can now be configured per airport, allowing more accurate FDP and duty calculations.

4. Integration: Airventure Academy

What's new:

The new FL3XX and Airventure integration provides an effective way to manage crew qualifications obtained online through the Airventure Academy without manual uploads, reducing the risk of human error.

The integration synchronizes the "Issue Date" and "Expiry Date" of completed Computer-Based Training (CBT) courses, along with their certificates, to FL3XX. Certificates and relevant data are recorded automatically, enabling smooth and efficient data exchange between all departments involved in daily operations.

This update is available to all operators with a FL3XX and Airventure Academy subscription. For more information visit the Knowledge Base.

5. Integration: SkAI Tech

What's new:

The FL3XX and SkAI Tech integration automatically creates crew rosters using flight and crew data from FL3XX, such as crew availability, holidays, and planned flights. This data is read automatically by SkAI Tech, enabling it to generate on- and off-duty assignments and crew pairings. The final schedules are then pushed back to FL3XX, eliminating the need for manual data entry.

As a result, resource management is optimized, rosters can be built in minutes instead of days, and reliable crew coverage can be maintained across all flights. In addition, reducing repetitive tasks decreases manual planning errors and enables teams to focus on high-impact decision-making.

This update is available to all operators with a FL3XX and SkAI Tech subscription. For more information visit the Knowledge Base.
