2. Key Features
The integration syncs the “Issue Date” and “Expiry Date” of any completed Computer-Based Training (CBT) courses, along with their certificates, to FL3XX. Certificates and relevant data are automatically recorded, enabling smooth and efficient data exchange between all departments involved in daily operations. This provides an effective way to manage crew qualifications without manual uploads, reducing the risk of human error.
3. How It Works
The FL3XX and Airventure Academy integration synchronizes completed CBT courses within a maximum of 5 minutes after completion, updating staff qualifications with the latest data directly in FL3XX. No manual upload is required.
Airventure Academy data and certificates are visible under the “Qualifications” tab. The integration imports PDF certificates (.pdf) for completed courses, along with the Issue Date and Expiry Date.
