1. RocketRoute Two-Way Integration
What’s new:
FL3XX now supports two-way integration with RocketRoute, allowing you to pull flight plans, alternate airports, briefing packs, permits, and ETAs directly into Dispatch.
Once the integration is activated you can use new buttons in Dispatch to:
- Pull Arrival/Departure Alternates
- Sync Flight Plan and Briefing Pack (PDF)
- Pull ETA with timestamp
- Access permit info (now labeled “Flight Planning Software”)
These features are available to all users with a FL3XX and RocketRoute subscription. For more information, visit the Knowledge Base.
2. ForeFlight Webhook: Auto-Sync Flight Times
What’s new:
The new webhook setting automatically updates Departure and Arrival times in Sales and Dispatch once a flight plan is saved in ForeFlight.
Note: When ForeFlight sends updated Departure (DEP) and Arrival (ARR) times to FL3XX, those times reflect Off Block and On Block—meaning they don’t include taxi time.
For example, if a flight was originally scheduled from 0900 to 1200, but ForeFlight adjusts it to 1000 to 1240 due to weather, FL3XX receives that new block time (1000–1240).
In FL3XX, taxi times are set per airport (e.g., 5 minutes at each end). So, FL3XX removes the 10 minutes of taxi time from ForeFlight’s block time to calculate the airborne flight time. Then, when taxi time is added back in FL3XX, the final result still matches ForeFlight’s original Off Block and On Block timing.
This feature is available to all users with a FL3XX and ForeFlight subscription. For more information, visit the Knowledge Base.
3. Streamlane & PnrGo: GOVlink DEP and ARR Document Sync
What’s new:
When submitting or updating flights to GOVlink via the Streamlane or PnrGo integrations, FL3XX will now send Departure (DEP) and Arrival (ARR) documents based on the assignments configured in:
- Dispatch → Pax → DEP/ARR Documents
- Dispatch → Crew → DEP/ARR Documents
If no Arrival document is specified, the Departure document will be used for both DEP and ARR.
This feature is available to all users with a FL3XX subscription and an active integration with either Streamlane or PnrGo. See the respective Knowledge Base articles for more information.
4. Hobbs and Engine Data Now Available
What’s new:
Hobbs readings and engine hours/cycles are now part of the FL3XX Flight Dataset for use in BRIGHT reports.
The dataset now includes start, delta, and end for Hobbs, along with engine hours and cycles tracked before, during, and after the flight.
This update is available to all users with access to BRIGHT. For more information, visit the Knowledge Base.
