1. Set Default Service Providers for Specific Airports, Aircraft, Accounts and Passengers
What's new:
You can now set default preferred service providers for specific airports, aircraft, accounts and passengers directly on their respective pages.
When a flight is planned, FL3XX automatically applies the correct provider based on your preferences ensuring the right provider is pre-selected every time.
Example: Anyone flying on the selected aircraft will, by default, have the Ritz Carlton Hotel selected as their hotel service provider.
This update is available to all users with a FL3XX subscription. For more information visit the Knowledge Base.
2. Automatic French Noise Tax (TNSA) Calculation for Commercial and Non-Commercial Flights
What's new:
The French Noise Tax (= TNSA, or taxe sur les nuisances sonores aériennes) is now automatically calculated by FL3XX for both commercial and non-commercial flights.
3. Swedish Passenger Tax Update
What's new:
Due to the abolition of the Swedish air travel tax on 1 July 2025, FL3XX no longer calculates this charge for passengers departing from Swedish airports.
4. Tuvoli Digital Checkout: Canceling (dropping) and reinstating quotes
What's new:
Our Tuvoli integration now supports comprehensive quote lifecycle management with two key enhancements:
1. Quote Cancellation:
Cancel Tuvoli quotes directly from FL3XX with automatic synchronization to the Tuvoli Digital Checkout.
2. Quote Reinstatement:
Restore previously canceled quotes directly within your workflow.
These updates provide you with complete control over your quoting process with Tuvoli.
4. GOVlink: Ambulance Workflow Improvements
What's new:
When transmitting data to GOVlink, flights with the Workflow Type "Ambulance" and the Type of Flight "X" are treated like Commercial flights. Flights with any other Workflow types with Type of Flight "X" are treated as Private.
5. Mobile: New Updates for iOS and Android
What's new:
