Walk through a short demo to experience its look and feel.


Prepare your quotes in FL3XX Sales as usual. When ready, press Quote or MultiQuote.

Protip: To control your customer's payment experience, you can set the payment guarantee and payment methods before sending the quote. If you don't set anything, FL3XX automatically defaults to Tuvoli's default; (1) card hold with a wire transfer, and (2) an instant card payment.

If Tuvoli is defaulted in the integration settings, FL3XX will show you the below. If not, press the "Tuvoli Quote" tab (1) to display a quick quote summary (2). To send it to Tuvoli, press the "Tuvoli Quote" button (3).

Shortly, you can check the result of your action in the Conversations section of the quote. Clicking on the message (1) will open a summary of the sent quote (2), and clicking on the PDF link (3) will open a copy of the PDF quote generated by Tuvoli and dispatched to your customer (4).

FL3XX keeps you informed about quote updates instantly through notifications (1) and messages (2). FL3XX also auto-accepts the quote in its lifecycle upon the customer's e-signature (3).

The payment section in the quote keeps and updates the current status from Tuvoli. In this screenshot, you can see that the customer authorized a credit card for USD 15,600. This hold is active until April 16th, 2024. Electronic Payment as a method stands for either wire transfer or card payment.

After the customer has paid, FL3XX (1) notifies you, and (2) adds the transaction to the Invoices panel. You can issue an invoice (3) for the trip price by pressing the button "Add Invoice" (4) or any time later after you Book the trip.

  1. Sending a quote or a multiquote
  2. Resending the same or a modified quote or a multiquote syncs to Tuvoli; Tuvoli resends and updates the quote.
  3. Dropping or declining the quote (before the customer DocuSigned) syncs to Tuvoli.
  4. Canceling the quote cancels it in FL3XX; Go to the Tuvoli portal and handle it manually (release a credit card hold, make a refund, etc.).
  5. Set the customer's payment experience before sending or resending the quote:
    1. Payment Guarantee
      1. No Guarantee = You're not setting any guarantee
      2. Safe Customer = You're not setting any guarantee
      3. Credit Card Hold = You wish to impose the card authorization duty
      4. Financial Release OK = You're not setting any guarantee
    2. Payment Method
      1. Empty / not set = Defaulting to (1) instant card payment, or (2) wire transfer with card hold)
      2. Transfer = Setting the bank wire transfer
      3. Direct Debit (not supported with Tuvoli)
      4. Credit Card = Setting a card payment
      5. On Account (not supported with Tuvoli)
      6. Other (not supported with Tuvoli)
      7. Electronic Payment = Setting either wire transfer or card (both)
      8. No payment required = Setting DocuSign only

  4. Use Tuvoli Quote as Default in Sales: If set active, pressing the Quote button in the FL3XX Sales will first display the Tuvoli Quote, with the FL3XX Quote as the second option. If not set, FL3XX Quote is set as default, and Tuvoli as a secondary option.
  5. Tuvoli Digital Checkout Status: You can see the latest transaction (quote reference, date, and time stamp.
