Preferred Service Providers
Learn how to set the default preferred Service Providers for airports, aircraft, accounts, and passengers.
The Preferred Service Providers feature lets you set default service providers for:
- A specific passenger
- A specific account
- A specific aircraft
- A specific airport
The system automatically applies the correct provider based on your preferences when a flight is planned.
Priority Order
If multiple preferences are set, the system follows this priority ranking:
- Passenger (Lead Passenger preference overrides all others)
- Account
- Aircraft
- Airport
Keep reading to learn how you can set default preferred service providers for specific airports, aircraft, accounts and passengers directly on their respective pages.

4. Setting a Default Provider for an Airport
- Go to the Airport page.
- Open an airport (e.g., Vienna International Airport).
- In the list of services for this airport, click on the service (e.g., Hotel – The Ritz-Carlton Vienna).
- If desired, specify the conditions under which this service should be selected automatically (e.g., for anyone flying on this aircraft):
- Under the service details, expand the category to which you wish to assign to this service (e.g., Aircraft).
- Add a specific aircraft, account, or person (e.g., Air 9H-JOY).
- Click Save.
Example: Anyone flying on these aircraft will automatically have The Ritz-Carlton selected as their Hotel Service Provider (see below).
