1. Crew Availability Calculator

What's new:

To provide a daily overview of available pilots for your fleet, we have developed a matrix that factors in roster events, assignments, and type ratings.

The system calculates pilot availability based on these conditions:

  1. Pilots are considered if they're marked as "ON", have a duty assigned or their schedule is empty, on the chosen day.
  2. Pilots marked as "OFF" or "Training" will not be considered.
  3. They must have a valid Type Rating for the selected aircraft on that day.
  4. Their assignment is either PIC or SIC.

Crew Calculator 1L

  • You can further break down the numbers to specific Aircraft Types by selecting the related Type using the Assignment Type filter.

    Crew Calculator 2L
  • In cases where you do not have enough pilots for the daily operations, the numbers will be highlighted in red.
  • Clicking on the number of available pilots will list all available pilots in the Roster.
  • To navigate back to the total numbers click on the filter once more to reset the Assignment Type.

5. New VOR Check Section With Accompanying Report Update

What's new:

We have added a new VOR Check section to the Post Flight. Now, when the VOR Check information is updated by Dispatch or Maintenance on the webapp, an entry will be created on the Aircraft Maintenance Event List section. This section will be updated each time a check is registered in the system and the related flight's Post Flight is set to OK (closed).

To compliment this enhancement, the CAMO Report has also been updated to include the VOR Check B1 and B2 Errors.

If you do see this criteria in your reports, select the B1 Error from the Add More section on the top right of the report.

The feature is controlled on an aircraft basis. To activate the feature on the Aircraft page, go to the Operational section → Systems and select the VOR Check checkbox.

This update is included within your FL3XX subscription.
