How to set-up and activate VOCUS for the first time
VOCUS integration can only be activated if the VOCUS account you are using is NOT connected to your previous scheduling software.
Prerequisites:
- Crew profiles created in Staff module
- Aircraft profiles created in Aircraft module
- Workflows established
Activating the VOCUS integration before your FL3XX go-live date is safe so long as it has been disconnected from other scheduling systems.
- Contact VOCUS (your dedicated contact or info@polarisaero.com). State your intent to activate the FL3XX integration and request that an API username and API password (special credentials for the sole purpose of this integration) is provided to FL3XX Integrations.
- FL3XX Integrations will activate VOCUS and you will receive confirmation when activation is complete.
