How to Reinstate a canceled/removed leg

How it Works:

Reinstating a canceled leg is a simple and efficient process, designed to save you time and effort. Here's how it works:

  1. Client/Owner Intent: When a client or owner indicates their intent to proceed with a previously canceled flight, you can initiate the reinstatement process.

  2. Accessing the Relevant Booking: To reinstate the canceled leg, access the relevant booking where the canceled leg was originally recorded. Navigate to the booking details page to begin the process.

  3. Select "Reinstate Leg": On the booking details page, you will find the option to "Reinstate Leg" on the canceled/removed legs. Click on this option to initiate the reinstatement process.

    • At least one leg within the booking has to be "active"/"live" in order to be able to reinstate a leg within that booking. 
  4. Automatic Restoration: Once you've selected "Reinstate Leg," the system will automatically restore the canceled leg with all its essential data intact. This ensures a seamless continuation of the planning and dispatch process, without the need to create an entirely new leg.
