1. Airport Recency Tracking

What's new:

FL3XX is introducing a powerful new Airport Recency Tracking feature!

You can now define and automatically update landing and take-off requirements per airport, track briefings, and receive visual and mobile alerts for expiring or pending qualifications.

This update is available to all users with a FL3XX subscription. For more information visit the Knowledge Base.

2. FlyEasy Marketplace: Sourcing Directly in FL3XX

What's new:

The FL3XX and FlyEasy Integration now allows FL3XX Users to both sell and source flights via the FlyEasy Marketplace directly in FL3XX. FL3XX Users can search the FlyEasy Marketplace and send requests for quotations directly in the Sales module in FL3XX.

This update is available to all users with a FL3XX and FlyEasy subscription. For more information visit the Knowledge Base.
 

Mobile Tag

3. Mobile: New Updates for iOS and Android

What's new:

Recent updates are now available for the following mobile apps:

  • iOS Crew & Dispatch App v2.11.34:
    Service handling has been enhanced to be fully available offline. Moreover, users can now edit notes, add remarks, and upload attachments for services such as handlers, hotels, transport, catering, and more directly in the app.Furthermore, all Flight tabs now support pull-to-refresh and auto-refresh when the app is resumed, ensuring fresh backend data even if web sockets fail. This updates tab content, header statuses, and related items such as expenses smoothly, without glitches or unnecessary alerts.
  • iOS Sales App v4.5.34:
    The FL3XX Sales app now includes a "Date TBA" toggle for quoting flight legs, allowing you to mark departure and arrival times as "To Be Announced" when details are not yet known. Like the web app, this keeps early quotes flexible on mobile. Departure time changes now automatically shift subsequent legs to prevent overlaps. You can also add custom, color-coded tags to quotes, with multiple tags supported and synced to the web app for faster organization.
  • Android Sales App v4.3.29:
    You can now add custom, color-coded tags to your sales quotes for improved organization and quick identification. Multiple tags per quote are supported, and the tags automatically sync with your web app. This enables faster workflow management by allowing you to categorize quotes, for instance, as "Empty Leg," "Important," or "Last Minute".
