Paxfiles.com provides access to extensive sanctions list coverage, runs screening automatically in the background, and displays all the results in FL3XX. This integration helps you manage security and regulatory requirements by conducting thorough checks without needing to switch platforms.

How It Works

Once activated, FL3XX syncs flight information, including crew and passenger data, companies, assets, and aircraft with paxfiles.com for automated sanctions screening.

Users can view screening results directly in FL3XX, receive instant alerts for matches, and access paxfiles.com’s portal to manage additional compliance features, such as private list management or exclusive integrations like blacklist.aero, a global aviation register of defaulters.

Key Features:

  • Information Syncing: FL3XX sends flight details, including crew and passenger information, to paxfiles.com.

  • Sanctions Screening: paxfiles.com checks all synced entities (crew, passengers, companies, assets, and aircraft) against major global sanctions lists. Users can select between Exact or Fuzzy Search options for broader or more precise matching.

  • Real-Time Alerts: Any sanctions matches trigger immediate notifications via the traffic light indicators within FL3XX dispatch.

    Indicator colors:

    • RED: Match probability is 90% or higher
    • YELLOW: Probability is between 90% and the user-defined lower threshold (e.g., 75%)
    • GREEN: No matches found or probability falls below the defined threshold
    • GREY: Indicator remains inactive or 'untouched'
    Additionally, for results above the lower threshold, a tooltip shows the exact match probability (%). It also includes a link to the relevant document, if available, from the authority or country that imposed the sanctions.

  • Private List Management: Create and maintain private lists in paxfiles.com to manage specific entities or individuals you choose not to engage with. Private Blacklists provide strict blocks, whereas Private Whitelists automatically clear trusted names.

  • BLACKLIST.AERO Integration: Includes screening against BLACKLIST.AERO, identifying defaulting aviation companies.

  • Detailed Information: Screening results include photos and additional background information for informed decision-making. Emails are also sent for each scan. Name matching, DOB logic, and probability thresholds reduce the likelihood of false positives.
