      Onboarding CharterPad

      How to set-up and activate CharterPad for the first time

      CharterPad integration cannot be fully activated until the day you "go-live" in FL3XX for quoting and sales.  

      However, you can initiate communication ahead of time and FL3XX will help you plan for this activation!

      1. Contact FL3XX Integrations (integrations@fl3xx.com) with the subject line "Activate CharterPad for <your company>".  State your intent to integrate with CharterPad and provide an estimate of the date you will go-live for quoting and sales in FL3XX. 
      2. FL3XX Integrations will provide the necessary data directly to CharterPad and confirm with you the status of the integration.
