Use
FL3XX can automate your aircraft movements (off-block, takeoff, landing, on-block) in Dispatch by receiving, reading, and instant processing the emails sent by ARINC triggered by ACARS messages.
Please note that this is a paid integration. In order to activate this service for you, please contact support@fl3xx.com.
We will create a dedicated email alias. You need to add this alias as a CC to the emails that you receive from ARINC so that the FL3XX system will also receive them. FL3XX will then read them and update your aircraft movements instantly.
Once you pick up the email alias from FL3XX -> Settings -> Integrations -> Arinc -> ARINC Movement Message Alias, you need to go to your ARINC -> My Company and find a field with OOOI messages. There should be 2 of them, for Off Block / On Block and Take OFF / Landing. This is a proper field to add the created email alias as a CC. If you still struggle to find it, please contact ACARS customer service as at FL3XX we do not have access to your ACARS (ARINC) account.
