How To Add, Update, Or Delete Aircraft Images

This article will help you add, update, or delete images for your aircraft's profile.

Adding An Image

The following steps are for new image uploads:

1. Click on the Aircraft page at the top of the header
2. Select or type the aircraft's registration number from the left-hand list
3. Click on the aircraft's registration number to open the aircraft profile
4. Select or scroll down to the 'Pictures' section of the aircraft's profile
5. Click the '+' icon
6. Click on 'Choose File' with the paperclip icon📎
7. Select your image
8. Label the image 
9. Click 'Save'

NOTE: Image files must be in png, jpg, or gif formats. The image sizes must be 500 x 360. For steps on how to resize an image, please follow these steps here for Mac/iOs users and here for PC/Windows users. 

Updating An Image

To save time from deleting an outdated image and creating a new label, you can upload a new image following these steps:

1. Click on the Aircraft page at the top of the header
2. Select or type the aircraft's registration number from the left-hand list
3. Click on the aircraft's registration number to open the aircraft profile
4. Select or scroll down to the 'Pictures' section of the aircraft's profile
5. Hover over the image that you would like to update
6. Click on the grey 'Upload New' button
7. Select your image
8. Click 'Save'

Deleting An Image

To delete an image entirely, please follow these steps: 

1. Click on the Aircraft page at the top of the header
2. Select or type the aircraft's registration number from the left-hand list
3. Click on the aircraft's registration number to open the aircraft profile
4. Select or scroll down to the 'Pictures' section of the aircraft's profile
5. Click 'Delete image' 
6. Click 'Save'
