CANPASS

The CANPASS form is auto-generated and attached to the Crew Package each time when an international flight's arrival airport is in Canada.

Qatar Advanced Passenger Information (API / APIS) 

FL3XX doesn't support this APIS. FL3XX doesn't generate any files, nor can send any APIS messages.

FL3XX will develop this feature in cooperation with our partner Streamlane. It will be available via the GOVlink platform – tentatively by the end of 2022, as an additional paid subscription service.

Special Airport/Region-Specific Customs Forms

Some airports and regions in the EU require additional forms. Where possible, FL3XX makes it easier to send these forms by offering an additional messaging button, Send Customs Forms.  When available, this button will appear under the Send GenDec button in the Customs column. 

Pressing Send Customs Form will create a new messaging window, with the appropriate authority as the recipient, and the form auto-filled with the data entered into FL3XX.  After validating the data and message, pressing Send will initiate an outbound email.  Special airport/region-specific customs messaging is available at the following airports:

• LFSB (EuroAirport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg) - Notification to Basel SWISS Customs 
• LSGL (Lausanne Airport) - Customs Declaration for Flight From or To Lausanne Airport 
• All French airports, provided that the flight is departing from or arriving at a base that is not in the Schengen Area** - Preavis Douane/Customs Form

**In relation to this functionality, French airports include LFQB, LFJL, LFST, LFGA, LFSG, LFLA, LFSD, and LFGJ.  The Schengen Area includes airports with ICAO codes that begin with 'LO', 'EB', 'LK', 'EK', 'EE', 'EF', 'LF', 'ED', 'ET', 'LG', 'LH', 'BI', 'LI', 'EV', 'EY', 'EL', 'LM', 'EH', 'EN', 'EP', 'LP', 'LZ', 'LJ', 'LE', 'ES', 'GC', 'LS' with the exceptions of ENSB, EKVG, LFVP, GECE, and GEML.

UAE Advanced Passenger Information (API / APIS) 

FL3XX generates the APP Batch Form for an easy upload of the .xls files to your General Aviation Carrier Portal, or to send it directly to your Handling/Trip Support Provider. The form is located in the Send GenDec email dialog, for any inbound/outbound flight to/from UAE.
