      DeliSky is a unique catering platform that lets you quickly find selected caterers in over 4500 locations worldwide, access their menus and price lists and seamlessly order catering saving time and hassle.

      DeliSky is a unique catering platform that lets you quickly find selected caterers in over 4500 locations worldwide, access their menus and price lists and seamlessly order catering saving time and hassle.

      Our direct integration enables that you can interact with DeliSky through FL3XX Dispatch and keeps your orders tidy in sync.

      Use

      If DeliSky is enabled, clicking DeliSky logo opens a new tab with DeliSky. You get directly logged in ready to select from DeliSky's caterers available at the respective airfield.

      You can either choose from caterers' menus, or you can submit a free-text order.

      Thanks to our direct integration, all your data is automatically filled in, such as aircraft registration, delivery time, flight number, handling agent, etc.

      After you have submitted your order at DeliSky, FL3XX sets the Status of catering at REQ automatically. The pdf document also gets attached to Dispatch for your reference. 

      The current status of your catering order is displayed directly in Dispatch and synced with DeliSky so that you can easily monitor.

      As soon as the Caterer confirms your order, Status is set to DO to notify you to check. After you've reviewed and checked, you can set your order OK or take any other appropriate action, such as to modify or cancel.

      Settings

      All settings for DeliSky can be found in COMPANY SETTINGS / Delisky

      Prior to enabling DeliSky in FL3XX, it is necessary to contact DeliSky and set your account. DeliSky account and membership are free for airlines. You can email DeliSky at info@delisky.com or call +41445863110.

      1. Delisky production: Enable / activate DeliSky for your airline in FL3XX
      2. Delisky User Name: Enter the User Name you received from DeliSky
      3. Delisky User Key: Enter the User Key you received from DeliSky
