The purpose of the Bookings Timeline is to monitor the payment status of upcoming bookings.
The Bookings Timeline works similar to the Flights Timeline. Characteristic difference is that instead of Aircraft you will find Accounts in the horizontal swimlanes.
The Blocks in the Bookings Timeline are whole bookings instead of flights.
The color indicates the payment status of the booking, and on each booking you will find information whether an invoice was sent.
The red number next to the account name indicates the number of past open invoices for this account. Click on it to scroll to the first unpaid invoice.
Click on any booking in the timeline in order to Set it to Paid or to Open the booking in the Sales Page.
