Sales Manager


Help to grow our global customer base in the USA

Your job is to drive and close new business revenue with business jet operators and airlines for our SaaS B2B product in the U.S. You will manage the customer needs and make sure they are met. This is a comprehensive role where you will work with the team, leveraging all capabilities to close deals. You will have the authority, depending on your experience to make quick decisions.

Our ideal candidate is a digital native with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. A background in aviation is important. You should be a goal-oriented team-player with exceptional people skills. You are expected to measure performance and use the right tools to follow up.

Ultimately, you should be able to create and maintain good customer relationships and smooth sales team operations.

Your responsibilities

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer partnerships, fully understanding their needs
  • Know the product, it's relevance to customer problems and be able to demo
  • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches
  • Forecast and report sales and revenues to the management team
  • Provide data and guides to improve sales results
  • Keep record of your sales funnel
  • Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
  • Follow up on acquired customers to ensure that customer service and experience are 100% satisfactory


  • Previous work experience in Sales-related role in the Aviation industry.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Proficiency with online office tools
  • Understanding of SaaS sales models
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Availability to travel
  • Relevant degree is a plus
  • Fluent English skills are required. We do not require German, but any additional languages are a plus.
