After creating your instance with logins for your user, we will add your AOC and aircraft. After validation of settings, price configuration and templates you are good to go. Some of our customers import their customer database, many choose a clean-sheet start to clean up their history incrementally. As every new contact is stored automatically, it only takes a few weeks to build a solid CRM database.
It really depends on your aspirations and availability of data. For a successful onboarding process we need all your information. We provide you with our onboarding tool and checklist while supporting hands-on. If you have all the information (aircraft, staff, prices, brochures, AOC, OM, etc.) handy we can set you up in a few days. As a rule of thumb a company with 10 aircraft can be operational in just 3 days and a single-aircraft fleet in just a few hours.

When you sign up for FL3XX, it’s all included. The entire platform with mobile apps and all the features we release every 2 weeks are forever included.
All you need is a web connection and an internet browser like Chrome. FL3XX is built for robustness, so it will work fine even when your connection is slow. Our mobile apps optimise data and require small data streams so you can use them in marginal coverage conditions. Users report good performance even in the most challenging coverage areas.
FL3XX runs on any device. With a browser on your computer or tablet or using the app on your phone, you always have access to FL3XX.
Sure, it’s really simple. We have a free API that is published here. Any provider is welcome to implement it in their system to connect to FL3XX. Of course we offer support on implementation and we can provide additional API calls for the added functionalities you require.

FL3XX is an open platform, everyone is welcome to join.
This is one of the areas where FL3XX makes the difference. We have dozens of services integrated in the platform. Ground transportation, hotel bookings, catering and other services are available without leaving the platform. The automation dispenses you from re-inserting information already known. Take for example a catering order. When you open the DeliSky service, you don’t have to enter flight number, departure airport, tail number, type of aircraft, number of passengers, departure date and time and the list goes on. The system knows all that and does not ask you again. Save time. Avoid mistakes.

You are probably liable to show your data to your home-base government agencies.
FL3XX does not host any data of European airlines in the USA or with any USA company (although some are foreign subsidiaries of USA companies). On request FL3XX can comply with any requirements you may have on privacy compliance or other such concerns.
FL3XX has been GDPR compliant since 2017. We are dedicated to secure your data on every level.
Firstly, we do not share your private data. We will never do that and that’s explicit in our standard agreement. We are very much aware that a data breach would be known around the market in a flash and we would be out of business shortly after that. A security breach for a software company is a bit like a deadly crash for an airline. The technology we implement for security changes from time to time as new challenges arise and new solutions become available.
The data – your data – is stored in encrypted databases running in secure facilities. The security we buy is the same as for major tech companies you are familiar with. We also monitor our systems continuously and we keep track of security issues on the internet.
Data transmission is encrypted on transit so it cannot be intercepted, even with man-in-the-middle attacks.
The login is secure. Entering credentials in the login form and their evaluation are secure and fully compliant with cutting edge technology.
We also use strong encryption across the board.
There is also a security component left to you. Your team needs to be aware of the risks and instructed on simple security protocols. For instance, don’t answer emails from unknown addresses, even when the email looks familiar, e.g. a legit-looking email from Apple but the sender is e.g. [email protected] and don’t stick a post-it note with your login credentials on your computer display.

This feature is unique to FL3XX, so much that we made it available on the EBAA website at http://www.ebaa.org/en/current-issues/taxes.aspx and on paxtax.eu where those who don’t use FL3XX can save hours of tedious work, figuring out the complex tax rules of UK, France, Italy and many other countries that apply particular taxes.
Yes, of course. Pricing is set up for each aircraft independently. We provide different pricing models to accommodate your needs. Whether you have a fixed rate for charter, or you need to know the precise cost of a flight and your margin on each flight – FL3XX has you covered.
Yes, of course. The FL3XX platform keeps track of all the relevant duty times. Our flexible duty rules engine can accommodate any odd regulations that would be applicable in a particular situation. In fact, when you onboard FL3XX we will ask you for the OM Chapter 7 so we can implement your FTL rules in every detail.
Yes, you can. We believe the question is more articulated. When dispatching a flight you don’t really want to see it all, you just want to see if there are issues with crew duty. You want to see if there are any margins that are tight. You also want to see a forecast for the next flights, how the day will close and play out some what-if scenarios. Then when the day closes you want to have a report to sign off and when the Authority inspection arrives you want to have all the numbers ready at your fingertip. These are just some of the uses of duty time limitations. FL3XX handles them all. Based on your OM we build the custom rules so that you have full compliance across your operations, even if you have multiple AOCs.
