To Your OM and EU-OPS

 

You are an EU Operator, and your AOC complies at least with EU-OPS, your CAA and your own rules set out in the OM.

FL3XX includes a rules engine. Any decision made by FL3XX or manually by your dispatchers is compliant with all applicable rules.    

Rules & Regulations

The FL3XX autonomous system makes lawful decisions.  It permanently consults all applicable rules and regulations.  This includes EU OPS, national regulations, as well as your own OM.

We are working to implement the Wyvern standard as well as other safety requirements.

Your Operations Manual

We can code any specific rules from you OM.  Once this is done, your FL3XX service will only make OM-compliant decisions.  We know that sometimes there are boundary layers applicable to specific situations.  FL3XX can implement soft rules where necessary.

The top issue in flight safety and legality is the sensible application of all rules.  All too often the rules are not known, not applied in full, or may conflict with other rules.

FL3XX reduces the human factor by providing easy to use, clean information, at the moment it is needed. Pre-flight and post-flight data is managed via a natural process and self-checking systems verify congruity of all entries.

And if a non-compliance should occur, the relevant Post Holder is immediately notified. These features enhance safety and reduce the risks for any operator.
