If you prefer to have you own IT and manage your servers, FL3XX is happy to comply. You may feel uncomfortable with sensitive data residing on an external repository, and we understand and sympathize with that. Of course there are limitations to the support we can provide, excluding for instance the hardware, data lines and backups. But we still service 24/7 the software and provide you with all the support for your to achieve 99.99% uptime.
Reliable
Redundancy of all hardware and software components provide a maximum of service availability. From redundant disks, to redundant network connections, power supplies and redundant air conditioning and fire protection - all critical parts have a failover backup. Redundant storage provide >100% mirror of the servers. Redundant network connections from the computer system to the local switches and to the internet back-bones - all parts of the setup are duplicated.
Secure
All access to the system is limited to the encrypted HTTP Secure protocol. This ensures that all data traffic from and to our servers is encrypted and guarantees the secure identification of the server.
Passwords to access the system are enforced to fulfill a minimum set of rules and change cycles.
